About Us
I'm Will, the founder and owner. Day-to-day, I run all things Figured Grains with a hope to expand into a team in the future. I wouldn't be able to do this without my awesome wife and it wouldn't be worth it without my 2 kids who are currently 1 & 3 years old.
The Mission
To provide sustainable and ethical personalised gifts to happy customers. That's why I love these olive wood and locally sourced goods! They are not only a fantastic gift, they are also unique, sustainably sourced and ethically produced.
The journey so far
I started as a full time Etsy seller in 2022. 8000 sales and 1700 reviews (averaging 5/5 stars) later it was time for some new direction. We formed a company in 2024 and Figured Grains was officially born with a vision to use the same excellent customer service and personalising techniques to specialise in olive wood products.
Current Goals for the Future
Local Collaborations: I am excited to work with more local shops and businesses in Lincolnshire to feature their products alongside our personalised items, creating a strong community network.
Team Expansion: I aspire to hire a team to assist during peak seasons, ensuring we maintain our high standards of customer service and product quality.
